To help support residents this winter we’re opening warm hubs across the borough.

Each warm hub is a free, safe, warm space where residents of all ages can sit, socialise, enjoy a hot drink and take part in different activities. Everyone is welcome.

Sands End Arts & Community Centre (SEACC)

Peterborough Road, Fulham, SW6 3EZ

SEACC, is offering a warm hub space for residents of all ages, four days a week. Find out more about their opening hours and activities below.

  • Mondays,12pm to 6pm.
    Arts, crafts and board games

     
  • Thursdays, 12.30pm to 6pm.
    Table Tennis sessions run by Active Minds from 12.30pm to 3.30pm.
    Homework club and arts and crafts run by Lodge from 2pm to 6pm.

Our Lady of Fatima Church

Commonwealth Avenue, London W12 7QR

Our Lady of Fatima, White City, is open as a warm hub every Tuesday afternoon. Their offer includes warm food, find out more below.

  • Tuesdays, 12.30pm to 6pm.
    Slow cooker course and food served from 12.30pm to 2pm.
    Children’s sports and play, arts and crafts from 2pm to 6pm.

Old Oak Community Centre

Braybrook Street, London W12 0AP

Residents aged five or older can get their Covid-19 vaccination at Old Oak’s, Wormwood Scrubs, warm hub on the NHS Health Hopper Bus.

  • Wednesdays, 2pm to 6pm.
    NHS Health Hopper Bus from 2pm to 6pm.
    Arts and crafts and sports from 2pm to 6pm.

The Community Hub

1a Aisgill Avenue, London, W14 9NF

The Community Hub, West Kensington, is open weekdays with a huge variety of FREE activities. On Fridays it has a dedicated warm hub day, with after school youth sports sessions.

Monday to Thursday the centre is open and will have some capacity to provide warm hub facilities. 

The hub is open Monday 10am to 7.30pm, Tuesday 10am to 5.30pm, Wednesday 10am to 2.30pm and Thursday 9.30am to 8pm, for a variety of free events.  

  • Fridays, 12.30pm to 7.30pm.
    Snack and chat from 12.30pm to 2pm.
    NHS Health Hopper Bus from 12.30pm to 6pm.
    Box Fit from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.
    Youth sports session for 12 to 18-year-olds from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

Open: Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 5pm (Tuesday and Thursday 7pm close)
