THE CATHNOR PARK AREA ACTION GROUP ARE LOOKING FOR NEW COMMITTEE MEMBERS

The Cathnor Park Area Action Group (“CPAAG”) Committee are looking for new members to join the Committee to give better coverage across our area.
This area is roughly bound by the following roads Uxbridge Road to the north, Stowe Road to the East, Askew Road to the west and the Goldhawk Road to the south.
The objective for the CPAAG is to inform, support and represent the interests of the residents and tenants in the local area. The CPAAG will remain non-party political and non-sectarian.
The group is active on behalf of many of the residents, tenants and businesses in the local area and has, in the past, successfully managed to fight the over-development on several major projects in the area.
The CPAAG committee of volunteers meet three or four times a year for a couple of hours to review issues in the area on behalf of its members.
The topics include:
- Local Planning & Licensing Issues,
- Traffic & Highways
- External Group Links
- Policing - Safer Neighbourhood Team & Neighbourhood Watch
- Cathnor Park & Friends of Cathnor Park.
- CPAAG Admin & Finance
- Any Other Business
We are looking for individuals who have a sense of community, who wish to represent their residents, and are happy to commit to meet up regularly. There are no specific requirements, however, if you have skills that are relevant to the topics above then please let us know.
