I have 2 pieces of information to share with you so it can be circulated throughout your networks.
On behalf of Community Safety Team at Hammersmith & Fulham Council and to mark the end of National Hate Crime Awareness Week,we are working with residents, local partners, and community organisations to develop a new Hate Crime Strategy for 2024-2028.
The strategy aims to address hate crime, stop perpetrators, and increase support for victims.
We want to hear your thoughts.
We would like to invite you to attend an online focus group for community organisations at 11am-12.30pm on 16th November 2023. If you would like to attend, please contact Jessica TWOMEY, Hate Crime lead at Jessica.twomey@lbhf.gov.uk and she will arrange to send over the joining instructions.
If you are not able to attend, we would still like to hear your views. Please feel free to let Jessica have your thoughts or feedback on how you feel we can better tackle hate crime in H&F and support those affected. Similarly, let her know if you’d like a one to one call with her to discuss hate crime in H&F.
We would appreciate your support with sharing and promoting this consultation survey with residents in H&F. The consultation can be found here:

and closes on 18th December 2023 at 9:00am.

Anyone interested and would like to attend the 2nd New Met for London Event, where the Police are going to give everyone an update on what they have been working on since the last meeting.
They are going to be holding this in Shepherds Bush Green ward and as the event will be focused on the local communities, businesses, and groups in the locality of Shepherd’s Bush, the Police are hoping you can promote this event and encourage as many of your friends and networks to attend as possible.
The event is going to be held at 7pm on Tuesday 21st November 2023 at the Hoxton Hotel.
