Following constructive engagement with the local community and Hammersmith & Fulham last year, the planning application for the redevelopment of 190-194 Goldhawk Road has now been validated by the Council.

Dear Neighbour,

Re. Validation of the 190-194 Goldhawk Road application (ref: 2023/02581/FUL') to redevelop the site.

I am writing on behalf of Fit Out UK and the 190-194 Goldhawk Road Project Team regarding their proposals to redevelop 190-194 Goldhawk Road. Following constructive engagement with the Council and the local community last year, an application for the redevelopment of the site has now been submitted.

We have also included a link to access and download some key documents related to the application on the consultation website - www.190-194goldhawkroad.co.uk

As a reminder, our submitted proposals will see:

• The rejuvenation of the existing site – an approach that brings a more suitable use to a site within a predominantly residential area with commercial activity and transport links.

• The creation of 36 new homes, including at least 35% of affordable housing.

• An improvement to the streetscape and character of the area by introducing a high-quality landscaped frontage to the site.

• Centralised site access, facilitating efficient servicing on site & improvement of public realm.

• A high-quality design, sensitively designed to be respectful of local character and of neighbours’ privacy and amenity.
