Is it easy to get travel information? Are services frequent? Is the service clean and comfortable? We are interested in your responses, no matter how often you use the bus.

This survey is also being used by other transport providers around the world. It is prodiced and administered by the International Bus Benchmarking Group at Imperial College London, a consortium of urban bus organisations from around the world that collaborate to benchmark performance and share best practices. 

The survey is used to evaluate how effectively organisations are meeting customer expectations and to collect insights from passengers on key aspects of bus operations. The identity of participants and their individual responses will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to other organisations.
