Once again, we are holding our CPAAG “Meet the Neighbours + AGM” Event at The Hammersmith Academy and are very grateful to them for the use of their facilities.
The event is always a productive and friendly evening, and there will be refreshments available.
This year we have decided to dedicate the lion’s share of the evening to Cathnor Park.
We have had a lot of issues arising in the park recently, from drug dealers and users to confusion over where dogs should be walked and exercised. We are also concerned about the aging children’s play equipment.
We would like to make the park much more user friendly, and match more closely what our local community would like their park to be.
We are proposing to open a consultation with our residents and park users, and would therefore encourage you to attend the meeting and share your views and concerns.
We are inviting as many stakeholders in the park as we can - local councillors, police, council representatives and others in order to get as comprehensive a view as possible.
Please invite any of your neighbours or friends who might also like to share their views on this important local resource.
