I wanted to let you know about Petros Singers' summer concert which, on Saturday 4th July, celebrates American choral music. It promises to be a fun evening, featuring a jazz pianist – until recently a resident pianist at the Ritz – and a programme of familiar and entertaining works that will appeal to a wide audience.
From the enduring appeal of 20th century and contemporary composers to the sparkle of Broadway and jazz, Petros Singers are celebrating the many colours of American choral music. Join them for a glass of Pimm’s and a generous helping of musical sunshine on this special day which celebrates 250 years of American Independence.
